EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS SUPPORTERS MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of monthly EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS membership (formerly known as JOY RE:VISION) with GREEN IN THE GREY LIMITED. These terms cannot be varied and in purchasing membership, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which GREEN IN THE GREY LIMITED provide services to you, as a purchaser of our EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS or JOY RE:VISION memberships.

These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

1. These terms

1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply services to you. 

1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you purchase your EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS membership. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss.

2. Information about us and how to contact us

2.1 Who we are. We are GREEN IN THE GREY LIMITED a Company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 13622854 and our registered VAT number is 392818363. 

2.2 How to contact us. You can contact us by writing to us at tanya@greeninthegrey.com.

2.3 How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by writing to you at the email address you have provided. 

2.4 "Writing" includes emails. When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

2.5 “Group” is defined as current EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS members. When we use the words “Group” in these terms, this includes current members. When we use the word group in these terms, this does not include past members.

3. The programme

3.1 By purchasing EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS and JOY RE:VISION memberships, you are agreeing to these terms. By entering into this membership, you are responsible for your own outcome from this membership and for your self care throughout. We do not guarantee any level of success or positive outcome from this membership. The membership includes workshops, video content, digital workbook downloads and tools, without making any explicit recommendation.We are not responsible for any health issues (emotional, physical, mental, spiritual) in connection with this membership.

All information, content and tools provided are general information and guidance and are not bespoke to the individual. No content or material should be construed as medical or psychological help or advice.

You are committing to a rolling monthly membership.

3.2 Intellectual Property. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights. During your membership, you will be provided with video including video workshops, audio, visual and written membership content. The intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with all content vest with and are owned by us. Your membership gives you the right to use these materials only for your personal study and development as a member of EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS.

3.3. What’s included

You are purchasing a monthly membership consisting of individual access to 1x live 90 minute workshop per month, login access to the membership hub that includes VOD content including live workshop replays from EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS and JOY RE:VISION, JOY RE:VISION IN SEVEN and RE:CHARGE RITUALS content series. We reserve the right to make alterations to member benefits to improve our services.

Live workshops take place via Zoom and are recorded and will be added to the member hub within 72 hours. By participating you consent to being included in the recording. If you do not want to be included in the recording then please notify us as soon as possible and prior to any recording taking place. Please refer to our calendar of events on our website for the upcoming schedule.

Members have access to a private membership community through WhatsApp that is open to current members only. We post and offer support through this group and aim to reply to questions during business hours within 1 business day (Monday - Friday 10:00 until 16:30).

Email customer services support in-between during business hours (Monday - Friday 10:00 until 16:30). We will aim to respond within 2 business days.

Where relevant, additional tools, exercises and content may be shared with you via the member hub at www.greeninthegrey.com.

3.4 Self paced self study. Materials are provided for your own self study at your pace. Failure to complete lessons might limit your outcome from this membership and experience in the live sessions.

4. Behaviour

4.1 My intention is to create a safe and confidential space for our EARTH + LIGHT SESSIONS community to be able to share openly and support each other deeply. All members must adhere to the following community guidelines in advance:

  • To be polite and respectful of others.

  • To share from your heart with honesty, vulnerability and authenticity.

  • To actively listen to the stories of others with open awareness, compassion and non judgement.

  • To appreciate the variety of perspectives and lived experiences within the community.

  • To take total responsibility for your own mental health, feelings and reactions to anything said or shared.

  • To commit wholeheartedly to this work by showing up with presence and holding space for others.

  • To maintaining confidentiality for any information shared by the Group.

  • Not share or post any spoken or written words, content, links or other materials that are offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, indecent, abusive, obscene, seditious, liable to incite hatred (including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, disability discrimination and religious discrimination).

  • Not post any words, content or materials that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil lability, or infringe a law or the rights of any third party in the UK or any other country in the world.

  • Not post any words, content or materials for which you do not have the necessary licenses and/or approvals.

  • Not post any words, content or materials that are harmful in a technical sense, including but not limited to computer viruses, malware or harmful data.

  • Not share any live workshop content or other VOD, audio, PDF or other content from the membership with any third party outside the Group.

4.3 If we deem your behaviour offensive or inappropriate, or in breach of any of our terms and guidelines, we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect. You will not be entitled to a refund.

4.4 We are not responsible for the views or opinions shared by any members. We will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any members.

4.5 We will not be responsible for the action of any members, including any information that has been disclosed by any members based on information shared within the membership.

5. Lateness, postponement and delays outside our control

5.1 Lateness. To make the most out of our time together, please arrive for live workshops at the agreed start time otherwise you might miss part of the experience. Full replays are available via the member hub within 72 hours for you to catch up on anything you have missed.

5.2 Postponement. Should an unforeseen circumstance require the postponement of any live session or member hub content uploads, they will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

5.3 Delays outside our control. We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our performance of the services is affected by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.

5.4 Your rights if we suspend the services. We will contact you in advance to tell you we will be suspending the services, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we have to suspend the services we will adjust the timings so that you will still receive the monthly membership content. You may contact us to end the membership if we suspend the services for more than 3 weeks, or tell you we are going to suspend them, in each case for a period of more than 3 weeks and we will refund any sums you have paid in advance for services not provided to you.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 To enable open discussions all communications by and to members are confidential. By accepting these terms, you agree that you will not disclose any confidential information. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate dismissal from the membership.

6.2 If you cancel your membership you remain bound by these terms of confidentiality.

6.3. We will not share your personal information without your consent, unless required by law. We will always respect your privacy and comply with United Kingdom Data Protection Act.

6.4 How we will use your personal information. We will use the personal information you provide  to:

  • provide the services;

  • process your payment for such services; and

  • to inform you about similar services that we provide, but you may stop receiving these communications at any time by opting out or contacting us.

  • In accordance with our privacy policy that can be found on our website at www.greeninthegrey.com.

7. The technical platform and services

7.1 Membership grants you access to use the member hub within our website for the duration of your membership. We can withdraw or change our service at any time without telling you and without being legally responsible to you.

7.2 We reserve the right to edit or amend any video content including the live workshop and other live recording.

7.3 Your membership login and profile is for your individual use only. You must treat all login details and other security information as confidential and must not share them with any other individual or organisation.

7.4 By using the website, you confirm that your data is accurate and agree to us handling your data in accordance with the terms in our privacy policy. (link to https://www.greeninthegrey.com/privacy-policy)

7.5 We do not accept liability for any third party misuse of content contained within the member hub.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 The current membership fee is £11 +VAT per month. This is set at the time that you subscribe, with payment monthly. You agree to monthly payments via STRIPE which are taken on the same day each month. The day of payment constitutes the first day of that month’s membership.

8.2 We reserve the right to increase the fee and 1 month’s notice will be given for any membership fee increase.

8.3 Membership autorenewal. Your membership auto renews each month.

8.4 Refunds. All sales are final and there are no refunds since you have access to full membership digital on demand resources upon making payment.

8.5 Cancellation of membership. You can cancel your membership at any time by giving us notice. Such cancellation will take effect from the end of your current month’s subscription. Request to cancel can be made within your profile on the membership hub or in writing to tanya@greeninthegrey.com.

8.6 We may also suspend the services if you do not pay. If you do not pay us for the membership when you are supposed to (see clause  7.1) and you still do not make payment on receipt of us reminding you that payment is due, we may suspend the service until you have paid us the outstanding amounts. We will contact you to tell you we are suspending the service.

8.7 Where applicable, we will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we provide the services, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the services in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

9. Our contract with you

9.1 How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we tell you that we are able to provide you with the services, which we will also confirm in writing to you, and you confirm your agreement to these terms, at which point a contract will come into existence between us.

9.2 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the services. This might be because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for.

10. Your rights to end the contract

10.1 This membership cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded.

10.2 What happens if you have good reason for ending the contract. If you are ending the contract for a reason set out at (a) to (c) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any services which have not been provided. The relevant reasons are:

a) there is a risk that delivery of the services may be significantly delayed for a period of more than 3 weeks because of events outside our control;

b) we suspend the services for technical reasons, or notify you are going to suspend them for technical reasons, in each case for a period of more than 3 weeks; or

c) you have a legal right to end the contract because of something we have done wrong

11. Our rights to end the contract

11.1 We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract at any time by writing to you if you break any terms contained within this contract.

11.2 If for reasons that we determine it is inappropriate for your membership to continue we reserve the right to end the contract forthwith by notice in writing. In that event we will refund the fees for any time duration of membership that has not passed.

12. If there is a problem with the services

13. Other important terms

13.1 Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by English law and any legal proceedings in respect of the services must be brought in the courts of England and Wales, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
