WEEK 1:

understand your 7 types of rest

You will connect inwards to understand your WHY to reset for rest. Before we connect to the 7 types of rest identified by Dr Saundra Dalton-Smith. Identifying the rest practices that will make the difference for YOU.

WEEK 2:

LISTENING TO YOUR INNER BATTERY

Your body knows the score, so we look at practices to listen deeply and act on your body’s wisdom. Plus looking at life’s pressures and micro-rest practices that can support you throughout busy days.

WEEK 3:

Ground through nature connection

Nature is our greatest guide back to balance. You will understand how you can align to nature’s seasons. Plus grounding nature connection practices that will bring you back home to yourself, no matter where you are.

 

week 4:

Boundaries and conditions to thrive

You will look at your world to understand what boundaries and conditions do you need to thrive. What do you need to let go of, and what do you need to invite more of?

week 5:

rest for resilience in the difficult times

How can you push RES(E)T in the most busy, chaotic or difficult of times? What rest and care do you need to root in to support you in navigating your forwards path

week 6:

Your RES(E)t

I’m Tanya

Most of my working life was an adrenaline fuelled whirlwind. From starting my career working for two of the most iconic record labels with chart topping artists. To an award winning Business Director in advertising. To one of the Heads of Marketing for one of the world’s biggest broadcast sport. Sounds great right?  

In reality, I was giving my career the very best of me. Lacking in boundaries, sleep deprived, constantly pushing myself to the edge prioritising work over family, friends and life.

A miscarriage and then hypothyroid autoimmune diagnosis led me to do what I had previously thought impossible… handing my notice in on my 14 year corporate career.

3 years later, I have purposefully created a new way of being where I can prioritise rest and FINALLY put myself, my body and those I love the most first.

  • I believe that as a society we have a critical issue in how we are conditioned to ignore our body’s needs for rest. Therefore I have created RES(E)T for anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to find a more restful way of being.

    We don’t just look at sleep (though if you’re struggling with this, our journey will help!). We look at the 7 types of rest that Dr Saundra Dalton-Smith identified. These are physical rest, mental rest, sensory rest, emotional rest, social rest, creative rest and spiritual rest.

    It’s not about me giving you the answers, you’ll leave with your personalised blueprint for rest. With rest practices that can fit into any busy day.

  • The live sessions are weekly for 6 weeks, starting on Wednesday 12th February, 6:30 PM UK time. Our final session is Wednesday 19th March.

    These dates are subject to change, for example if there is an event outside of my control. This flexibility for when I need to rest is important, as we’re all human and this programme is designed to be an embodiment of what I teach about those times when we need rest (like when we are ill).

  • Absolutely - I endeavour to have all live sessions shared within 24 hours. You will have a full year’s access to revisit the content after the programme ends, so you can flow at your own pace through the content and your steps to RES(E)T.

  • I’ve chosen the time of 6.30pm UK time on Wednesdays for our workshops (subject to change). I hope it works for your timezone and schedule. If you can’t make the live times work then you will receive a link to the replay within 24 hours.

  • Absolutely! I have purposefully created RES(E)T for any schedule - particularly inspired by my time working in corporate when late night and weekend working was the norm.

    Within your blueprint, we will consider your current reality and restful interventions you can bring in from micro moments all the way to bigger commitments to you.

    This programme is all about rest and ease, and my intention is to bring this energy throughout your experience from start to finish.

  • Absolutely! I am passionate about ensuring that my offerings are accessible. You can pay in 2x monthly instalments for RES(E)T at no extra cost.
